Here at Complete Care Restoration Safety is always our mission. We strive to create a safe workplace for our workers and clients. We work diligently to create an effective Health And safety Management system that meets legislative requirements to reduce incidents within our workplace and on client’s sites. All workers are adequately trained and fit for duty to give you peace of mind while having us on site. At complete care restoration we have a in house safety coordinator for all of our safety needs to help with the continuous improvement in our health and safety program and to mentor workers in health and safety related situations to create a more efficient workplace. Complete Care Restoration follows a few key elements in its health and safety management system to ensure hazard identification and corrective actions to protect workers before incidents occur.

  • Safety Observation System—teaching employees to eliminate hazards and dangerous conditions by correcting unsafe behavior through positive coaching.
  • Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manuals—a comprehensive system of policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices for performing work safely.
  • Measuring – The bedrock of all good safety programs is comprehensive data collection and analysis. Recording and tracking Health and Safety Trends.
  • Training – Completer Care Restoration has put a system in place to identify training needs and provide timely training.

At Complete Care Restoration it is mandatory for our Health and safety program to be audited to maintain a Certificate of Recognition to ensure our Health and safety management system is held to the highest standard within our industry and to keep our  commitment to our workers and clients and providing a safe working environment. Complete Care Restoration has been accredited through Contractor check ensuring that our Health and safety management system meets legislative and industry standards. Contractor Check helps both contractors and clients ensure that projects and contractors meet proper health and safety compliance regulations. We as an organization have also been IICRC Certified the IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration, and installation industries.
