Using on hand company owned moving vehicles and in-house climate controlled, separated, secured and insured storage services, we take the handling and restoration of your insured’s possession with the strictest consideration. In house contents cleaning and deodorization services ensure an accurate chain of custody of all items. With in-house fire cleaning assembly line staff and equipment as well as ozone and hydroxyl deodorization systems we have the ability to process most content at our facility. Absolutely no item leaves a client’s property without being first inventoried with photographs of original condition. We process all contents in house along with the assistance of specialized sub-trade vendors who provide their expertise in restoring items such as electronics inspection and cleaning, wood finish restoration, dry cleaning services, musical instruments, pool tables, art restoration, etc. Anything we are not equipped or qualified to restore in house we have in place the right contacts to assist in this process. Complete Care Restoration utilizes Assured Pack Out software to document each insured’s contents and separate into categories of required services for digital reporting with color photographs of each item to assist in accurately identifying non-restorable contents.
